Concrete North, Inc. had the pleasure of working with J.H. Fitzmaurice on the construction of the Everett and Eagle Family Housing project in Alameda, CA. Developed by the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, this 20 unit very low to low-income household complex included one, two and three-bedroom units plus community center and recreation areas.
Concrete North's scope of work included cast in place concrete and site concrete. As required of the project, we provided Local, Federal and State Apprenticeship Program collaboration and carried out hiring based on the HUD Section 3 requirements.
