Concrete North, Inc. is excited to be working with WL Butler on this 31,381 SF build-to-suit currently under construction. Woodstock Development worked closely with Ware Malcomb on the design of the building. This is the first new development within Union City’s transit-connected Station District. It is leased to a national health care provider and Vicarious, Inc.
